It happens every winter; someone regurgitates the baseless claim that houses sell for less in the winter months which scores of mindless drones real estate brokers repeat far and wide further perpetuating the myth.  In this example the fallacy is repackaged with winter giving buyers an advantage. Let’s take a critical look at some of the claims.
